PDF or image files, up to 10MB each.

I confirm this request is for the benefit of Valley School students, isn't for costs already incurred, doesn't fall under "What the PTA Does Not Fund", and I will declare to the committee any personal or financial interest I (or my family) have in it.

Submit at least two weeks before the funds are needed so the request can be considered at the next committee meeting. Invoices go to treasurer@valleyschoolpta.org.
